I want you to love your jewelry! Sometimes when you shop online things look different on a computer screen than they do in person. If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 2 weeks of delivery and send the item back within 30 days of delivery. I highly recommended you obtain a tracking number when returning items, unfortunately returns lost in shipping cannot be refunded. If you received a gift and would like to return or exchange it for something else, please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate you.
I will never share your contact information, I hate spam!
If you purchase from me at an art festival, I use Square to process credit card payments and Square does not share your credit card number with me. For online orders, I have an Etsy shop and Etsy does not share your credit card information with me.
I use quality materials in my designs but if something breaks I want to fix it for you. If your jewelry breaks due to a faulty component, please contact me and send the piece back and I will complete the repair at no additional cost. On the other hand, if you happen to accidentally break your jewelry I will still be able to fix it for you but must charge a nominal repair fee. You may email me to inquire about any repairs.
